We are currently looking to add a National Sales Trainer to our Consultant Development & Training team who will work closely with our Regional Trainers and our engaged and enthusiastic Independent Consultants. This exciting opportunity is based out of our Corporate offices in Victoria, BC with scheduled travel across Canada.

 

Position Summary:

What will the National Sales Trainer Do?

Under the general supervision of the Sales Director you will be responsible for developing training plans and materials for our Regional Trainers and setting sales and recruitment targets in our various regions.

 

Specific Accountabilities include:

 Coaching, training, & mentoring Independent Consultants to foster growth in consultant recruitment & revenueSetting sales and recruitment targets for the various regions and ensuring they are achievedUpdating and developing training documents and ensuring they meet Epicure Selections® guidelines and standardsDeveloping and delivering training workshops for Annual Conference, and other eventsKeeping apprised of industry standards to meet training objectivesEstablishing metrics to calculate program effectivenessFacilitating the growth of our Regional Trainers by coaching and mentoring to turn obstacles in to opportunitiesWorking with other members of the Consultant Development and Training team to provide input in to our Sales and Marketing plan and strategy.

 

Qualifications

 Minimum of 5 years  Sales/Marketing experience Extensive direct sales experienceA Proven track record of building effective teams, and motivating others to reach their goalsProven ability to develop training materials and plansCreative with excellent problem solving abilitiesA good understanding of adult learning and education would be considered an assetProject Management experience would be considered an asset
