Exchange 2000 or 2003 and a strong ability to troubleshoot Exchange server issues. System setup and configuration of new servers. Deploy Enterprise Network. Installation of OS, 3rd party application SW, network equipment, routers, switches and load balancers. Maintain and install new versions of firewall. Administration of User accounts and the monitoring and maintenance of existing server environments. Design and implementation of WAN and LANs architecture. Increase reliability, enhance performance, and reduce administrative efforts by implementing tools, scripts, and 3rd party software in the most cost effective manner. Ensure security standards, policies, and guidelines across corporate systems for mission critical LAN/WAN environments. Perform system administration and ongoing maintenance functions on Windows Network. Successfully manage multiple projects and tasks at one time. Troubleshoot problems and resolves them quickly meeting the Users needs. Communicates complex technology and general information to everyone involved on project in clear and concise manner based on the audience level. Follows through on commitments, communicating status to User, assessing User's satisfaction, and achieving results. Takes an active role in continuing to educate self on new technologies and skill sets. Accepts challenges in areas that are unfamiliar territory. Work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a departmental, divisional, interdivisional, and team member. Support client as being on-call 24/7 on a regular rotating schedule and as needed.
