North American Marketing Program Manager

Designs, develops, and implements key marketing programs and promotions, competitive counter strategies and product launch initiatives for the North America region to support Hypertherm's global business strategy.

• Acts as project manager for new product launch, developing collateral materials (e.g., announcements, training materials, press releases, brochures, etc.) and creating programs and other promotional activities to optimize and support the successful launch of new products.
• Manages and improves PPC
• Designs, develops and implements OEM marketing programs based on customer and market needs analyses, to continually create ways to improve both sales and the information we are providing our current and future Customers.
• Determines the need for, develops, and implements customized marketing programs to maximize our sales potential in all areas.
• Develops end-user programs and creates pull demand.
• Leads and supports other projects as assigned.

Educational Requirements:
• BS/BA degree
• MBA or MS with marketing and/or strategy focus preferred

 

Work experience requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing or strategy experience in an industrial
• Strategic orientation and proven experience
• Creative capabilities and proven experience
• Project management skills and proven experience
• Leadership experience in a sales or marketing organization
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and experience.
• Comfortable presenting to large or small groups of people
• Strong quantitative skills for general business, statistical and financial analysis
