The purpose of the position is to grow sales of OEM products enabling the OEM Systems Business Unit to achieve financial objectives set forward in the Strategic Plan. This includes:
Preparing presentations, quotations and supply agreements.
Customer visits to present products, acquire orders, negotiate supply agreements and manufacturing contracts and further develop OEM Systems sales growth.
Generating input regarding Market research, product planning (including Voice of the Customer feedback), new product idea generation.
Attending trade shows and regular staff meetings.
Liaison between OEM customers and the OEM Systems Sales support teams located in Davidson and GHH-RAND in Oberhausen Germany.
Liaison between OEM customers and the OEM Systems Application Engineers located in Davidson, North Carolina.
Providing regular forecasts to OEM Systems Operations (GHH-RAND & Davidson) to ensure a smooth supply chain.
Entering customer contact information, meeting notes, customer communication and customer market data into our contact management systems (Currently Avenue).

The position covers OEM System Sales effort for the geographic region of the North and South America and will report into the divisional Global Sales Manager.

The candidate should be customer focused, coordinated, self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. They will need to integrate into a team environment and relate with the existing OEM Systems business unit.

The successful candidate should be a good communicator, innovative, experienced, and productive and a good team worker. They should be able to communicate well and have the ability to generate a good rapport with their customer base. The candidate would ideally be educated to degree standard preferably in Engineering or business administration. The ability to travel well and adapt quickly to changes in time zones is also an advantage.

The candidate should be willing to conduct many Face to Face meetings with customers.

The candidate will be based Davidson, NC.

The Candidate should be fluent in English language. The ability to communicate in Portuguese and/or Spanish would also be required.
