The intent of this position description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbent(s) in this position. Duplium needs an Office Assistant to help in the Art Department and can:

  Professionally speak to our customers Consistently follow-up with customers regarding pending artwork or approvals Dependably reiterate information to all necessary persons Ensure accurate data is recorded on all paperwork  Maintain various department records Arrive to work on time and work the full 8 hours Contribute to the positive atmosphere of the department and the company Eagerly assist in any area needed Converse, read and write in English Happily enjoy making $9.00 an hour

 

Physical Requirements:

·        Work is performed in an office setting.

·        May be subject to repetitive motion as in, bending, reaching, kneeling and lifting.
