Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative

Specialty Extrusion Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wakefield Thermal Solutions, Inc., produces aluminum extrusion products for its parent company and commercial customers. 

 

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for all administrative issues in the operation of the company, excluding Human Resources and hazardous waste issues. The candidate will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer service.  In this position, the candidate will assist in Quoting, Order Entry, Open Order status and Shipment of products.  This position interacts with customers and factory personnel and requires excellent organizational skills.  The candidate must be able to function independently and consistently and do “whatever it takes” to provide our customers information in a timely manner.



Requirements:3-5 years experience in an administrative role with customer service experience.Solid understanding in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organized and detail oriented. Determined follow-through and demonstrated success in meeting commitments to both internal and external customers. Ability to handle multiple, situations simultaneously.Ability to work in a stand-alone position with little supervision.
