Office Manager/Executive Assistant

We have a direct hire opening for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant

Position is located in the Anderson area.  Duties will include a wide variety of responsiblities including but not limited to:Providing top notch administrative support to the Executive TeamProviding excellent customer serviceInteracting with multiple departments on items crucial to the needs of the companyProviding receptionist duties including answering the phones and greeting visitors

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative support position.  Must have professional communication skills and be comfortable interacting with Executives.  Position will involve working with numbers, so candidates must have experience or show a good aptitude towards numbers.  Strong skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
