Operational Excellence Director

Primarily responsible for training, coaching and mentoring Black Belts in the execution of Six Sigma and Lean problem-solving methodology and tools in order to deliver process improvement, eliminate waste and deliver the accompanying financial benefits.  Will also lead projects of large scope and will serve as change agents, internal consultants and mentors.  Will also have high visibility to senior management; interacting with organizational leadership.  Will be viewed as a creator of innovative strategies, who sets direction and leads the way to quality improvement.  Excellent benefits and relocation package.  Must have Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related discipline with 5 years of work experience within the field of medical devices.  Master Black Belt Certification with experience training, coaching and mentoring Black Belts and Green Belts.  Experience with Six Sigma DMAIC and Lean including leading Kaizen events.  Up to 40% travel required.  Salary plus bonus. For SCM, Six Sigma, Lean Management, Quality and Engineering or Medical Device / Biotech opportunities; please visit our website at http://www.fpcgboro.com.
