Operations Controller

Position reports to the OpComms Operations Controller and is responsible for the successful execution of core operations processes across multiple internal and external manufacturing entities. Includes:Inventory Management: Partner with the Operations Director responsible for the management of OpComms inventory. Provide analytical and technical accounting expertise to improve inventory management, turns, and reduce E&O.Utilize analytical skills and Supply Chain knowledge to develop financial models to understand impacts related to: 1- Producing internally vs. Sourcing externally (make vs. buy). 2- Optimized factory footprint. 3- Scenario based analysis for Quarterly forecast process. Present results and recommendations to Senior Business Leadership.Lead Quarterly Close and Audit process. Ensure effective close by managing close process for domestic and international sites. Lead Quarterly audit process as primary point of contact for audit groups (External and Internal) ensuring all audit requirements are delivered on time and resolve any issues with Site Controllers and Auditors.Transfers.Lead Process improvement initiatives to address productivity, control, or financial transparency issues.manufacturing entities.
