Operations Financial Planning Manager

Role will be accountable for leading, designing and implementing Global Operations financial strategy through processes, procedures, and reporting across the sector's operations facilities. Areas of focus will include:

•Long Range Plan (LRP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Standards Setting for Manufacturing and Distribution Facilities
o Develop, bridge and analyze year over year results
o Create database to enable ease of data collection and comparability year over year
o Report and Present Results to Management
o Create and communicate financial and non financial metrics
o Assess business unit future revenue AOP and LRP to project future production trends- by product, region for Manufacturing Site
o Update and Communicate Operations Guidelines
o Targets set and communicated by plant and distribution two years
• Standards:
o Develop standard transfer pricing, and coordinate plant to plant communications
o Analyze and compare Regional volumes with LRP and AOP guidelines and prior year actual production
o Analyze rotor capacity constraints
• AOP:
o Review and analyze balance sheet items, such as inventory, capital expenditure, etc.
• Restructuring Initiatives
• Calendar of Events and timeline for requirements
• Resolve Key Issues
• Ensure consistent practices and reporting among all manufacturing and distribution facilities

Percentage of Travel:10

• BS In Accounting or Finance. MBA Preferred
• 5+ Accounting / Finance Experience with at least two years in Cost Accounting
• Strong analysis, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
• Experience with the Accounting Cycles, such as AOP, LRP, standards setting, etc.
• Self managed and driven to results
