• Track and analyze monthly performance, including 20 day estimate. Provide management with reports, analysis, and commentary regarding operating results and trends for Manufacturing and Distribution (Operations Controlled) Facilities.
• Report and communicate monthly performance of financial and non financial metrics and standard reporting formats, as well as consolidate and monitor monthly results, plant scorecards, and report out in MBR.
• Ensure consistent practices and reporting among all manufacturing plants and Operations Controlled distribution sites.
• Report capital expenditure budgets, evaluate project justification and track total expenditures against plan.
• Ensure plant operating policies and practices comply with corporate policies, internal support requirements and internal controls for Manufacturing and Distribution Sites.
• Provide analysis and support to our global Headquarters staff, SIOP, global sourcing and Lean Six Sigma Organization / Activities, including budget and actual cost center reporting.
• Monthly Sector and Operations Consolidated Reporting for MBR
• Support of Productivity Database, Easy Capital and Operations Sharepoint Website.
• Monthly Sector and Operations Consolidated Reporting of Common Measures, EFA Goals and Days Payable Outstanding
• Prepare and analyze forecast model and forecast drivers.

-Bachelors degree in accounting
-CPA, CMA, and/or Masters Degree highly preferred;
-Minimum of three years accounting/finance experience with IR or another company/public accounting firm;
-Strong financial skills and a sound understanding of accounting impacts on financial statements and in developing analyses/modeling;
-Strong verbal & written communication skills for professional interaction with all levels of management, including making presentations
-Strong organization, administration and time management skills;
-Be a team player
-Be able to effectively build a positive rapport with peers throughout the worldwide organization;
-Self motivated individual
-Continuous process improvement mindset
