Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization. Has a good understanding of lean manufacturing / 6 Sigma and been involved or led the improvement processes within an automotive environment. 3. Must have engineering / manufacturing degree, preferably 6 Sigma trained. A good understanding of manufacturing operations. 1.
