Learn more about ADC at http://adc.taleo.net/Local%20Settings/Temporary%20Internet%20Files/OLK9/www.adc.com.   JOB DESCRIPTION:  We are seeking an Operations Leader – 2nd Shift to join our Manufacturing Operations in our Distribution Center in Santa Teresa, New Mexico.This Operations Supervisor will provide coordination and leadership in assigned areas.  The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring processes of operations are consistent with quality standards, safety and cost.  To continuously look for methods of improvement and measurement of activities such as, quality, lead time reduction, on-time completion, efficiencies, and safety. The position demands a person who can lead by example, keep the team informed, motivated, and efficient.Responsibilities include:  Participate in department planning and decision making. Participation in department training programs, employee development, equipment justification, and department improvement. Responsible for continuous improvement and measurement of process activities including:  Quality, WIP, lead time reduction, on time completion, efficiencies, inventory turns, safety and budget control.REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor’s degree APICS or CPM Certification preferred.
