Operations Manager

GOODCRANE CORPORATION, a leading designer and manufacturer of cranes and deck equipment for the offshore, oil, and heavy industries is experiencing explosive growth and is seeking an Operations Manager for its fabrication facility in Houston, Texas.

This position is responsible for the planning, direction, management, and control of all manufacturing operations on the site.  The ideal candidate will manage and direct all manufacturing functions in accordance with Company policies and procedures to continuously improve in the areas of Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Safety, Employee Morale and Profitability.  This position comes with a career challenge to lead this operation to meet GOODCRANE CORPORATION'S Business Plan for continued growth.

Responsibilities:

 *  Manage all plant activities including production, scheduling, maintenance, quality control,
 engineering, environmental, and administration.
  * Ensure optimization of production so that products delivered,exceed customer service quality
 expectations in a timely and cost effective manner.
  * Establish goals, performance targets, and performance standards.
* Develop process methods for creating and maintaining an organized, clean, high performance, 
manufacturing facility.
* Oversee the site management of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, problem 
resolution, and the recommendation of personnel actions as needed.
* Motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
