Operations Manager - Diaphragm Division

Marsh Bellofram Corporation, an established and growing manufacturer of rubber diaphragm products, as well as a complete line of industrial instrumentation, is seeking a highly motivated senior level person to be part of our manufacturing management team.  This position is for our Newell, WV, manufacturing facility, which is located 30 miles west of the Pittsburgh Airport.

 

Continued expansion in the manufacturing of custom and standard molded rubber products have significantly increased company revenue and product demand, with great expectations for continued strong growth.

 

As Operations Manager, you will assume all Production Management responsibilities including, but not limited to: manufacturing scheduling and coordination, manufacturing improvements, product testing, press and trim operations, and component/parts management.  This position reports to the Director of Operations for the division.  This position represents a key role in planning and forecasting and the individual for this position will need to embrace a strategy of continued process improvements while establishing a positive work environment with Marsh Bellofram employees.

 

The successful candidate must possess a minimum of seven years experience in managing manufacturing processes relating to molding and trim operations in an industrial rubber product environment.  Strong technical and communications skills and a BSME or BSChE degree are a requirement.  An MBA will be a plus.
