Oracle Process Manufacturing / Business Analyst - Diamond Innovations is looking for highly motivated individual to support our Oracle purchasing and process manufacturing environments.  The foundations for our business (financial, purchasing, and inventory) are currently on Oracle 11.5.10.  We are beginning the process of upgrading our process manufacturing environment to Oracle 11.5.10.  The oracle process manufacturing / business analyst will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of oracle purchasing and process manufacturing development and maintenance across three manufacturing locations. 

Specific responsibilities include:

Support & maintain existing Oracle process manufacturing & purchasing systems to include interfaces to data warehouses.

Analyze and enhance existing manufacturing systems to improve stability and reduce support calls.

Facilitate discussions with end-users to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Develop enhancements to support business process changes and improvements.

Develop and maintain system and process documentation including change control.

Lead the upgrade to Oracle process manufacturing 11.5.10 

Lead the development of interfaces / tools to migrate data from current version of Oracle processing manufacturing (GEMMS 3.2) to Oracle 11.5.10.

Assist in the creation of new manufacturing processes to utilize the features and functionality within Oracle 11.5.10 – including Oracle forms

Required Qualifications:

Must have minimum of 3-5 years experience supporting manufacturing processes / applications in an ERP environment.  Support for purchasing processes / applications are a plus.

Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience with Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM).  Additional experience with discrete manufacturing processes is a plus.

Must have a solid business understanding of purchasing, manufacturing, material movement and inventory control processes.

Must have a solid understanding of the interactions among Oracle modules within and ERP environment.

Must have the flexibility to lead projects, participate as a team member, and write code when necessary.

Must have a minimum of 3 years of PL/SQL and Unix Shell Scripti

Must have experience working with data warehouses.

Self-starter, capable of independent action with strong oral and written communication skills.

Must be a practical problem solver with strong analytical skills.

Must comfortable multi-tasking.  Specifically, balancing day-to-day break-fix requirements while progressing on longer term project work.

Must be a flexible team player.

Must have Bachelors degree.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with other Oracle e-business suite applications / modules.

Experience with Oracle forms development.

Experience with GEMMS, Powerbuilder, and/or Unix/Linux.

Experience with Business Objects.

OCP – Oracle Certified Professional preferred.

Six Sigma and/or lean training (Black belt is a plus)

Physical Qualifications:

At least 50% of position involves walking. 

PC/desk work including typing/reading. 

Ability to work flexible schedule / extended hours.
