Order Entry

Checkers Industrial Safety Products, a global leader in the sales, shipping & distribution of safety products located in Louisville, Colorado is seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Order Entry Clerk.Primary Responsibilities:

· Answer phones and provide excellent customer service

· Send Proforma Invoices for shipments overseas

· Enter customer purchase orders daily into MAS 200

· Enter new customer information and maintain customer accounts

· Provide tracking info on customers purchase orders

· Create return merchandise authorizations (RMA) for customers

· Create customs documents (i.e. NAFTA, Certificate of Origin)

· File freight and small package claims

· Updating pricing for customers including special pricing

· Process backorders

· Advise customers on order statuses

· Process paperwork for shipped orders

· Confirm orders via fax and email

· Retrieve orders from customers website

· Update NAFTA annually

· Proofread peers work for accuracy

· Deliver paperwork to Shipping Department

· Assist in physical inventory

· Promote a safety oriented culture

 



Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma or GED required

· 3 to 5 years customer service

 

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Positive, and professional attitude

· Organize, detail oriented an accurate

· Knowledge of Word, Excel, MAS 200 and Outlook

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Willing to do what it takes to get the job done
