Order Entry Customer Service/Order Desk- Part Time

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative within the order desk department located in Cypress. Candidate must thrive in a fast paced environment and have the ability to multi task. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to grow within the company!!! Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:- Enter all incoming product orders and double check orders to ensure they were input correctly- Receive orders via fax, email, and some phone- Most product orders are received via faxes- Enter a minimum of 50 orders per day- Check order status for customers- At times and when needed, review pricing with customers- Other duties as needed Job Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year previous customer service experience within a PRODUCT oriented company- Minimum of one year PRODUCT order entry for the order desk department- Strong communication skills both written and verbally- Minimum of 40 WPM- Winning attitude- Preference to work PART TIME hours Hours of operation are M-F from 9am-1pmStarting pay is between $14-16 per hour If you have a minimum of 1 year previous Customer Service experience within a product oriented company and order desk entry experience we want to speak with YOU!
