DayMark is looking for a Distribution Order Fulfillment Coordinator.  Job responsibilities include assisting supervisor in maintaining proper order flow, high level accuracy, assist in providing ongoing training, and participating in inventory counts while maintaining a high level of accuracy.  

 

We are located in Bowling Green, Ohio, and are looking for the right candidate that also resides in the area.  Relocation fees will not be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

JOB TITLE:  Order Fulfillment Coordinator

REPORTS TO:  REPORTS TO: Fulfillment and Operations Supervisor

JOB CLASS:   Hourly

 

FUNCTION:  Assist Operations and Fulfillment Supervisor in maintaining proper order flow.  Maintain process integrity and quality levels through organization of order flow and high level accuracy assurance.  Assign orders to, train and provide guidance to Order Fulfillment Specialists and Technicians.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  Member of the DayMark Fairview Operations and Fulfillment Team.

2.  Assign orders to Order Fulfillment Technicians.

3.  Route orders to Order Fulfillment Specialists or to technician computers as needed.

4.  Assist Operations and Fulfillment Supervisor in providing ongoing training.

5.  Communicate with other departments as it pertains to assigned areas including questions on outgoing orders to the Customer Service Department

6.  Assist the Operations and Fulfillment Clerk in assembling information in response to requests.

7.  Report any policy violations to Operations and Fulfillment Supervisor.

8.  Perform quality checks to all Dissolvo orders.

9.  Perform quality checks on any at risk Direct Customers.

10.  Perform quality checks on Wasserstrom, Sysco and any other clients deemed to be high risk by the Fulfillment and Operations Supervisor or Distribution Center Manager.

11.  Process all international orders.

12.  Act as primary creator of all distributor case labels.

13.  Assist Operations and Fulfillment Supervisor in assembling data for the Distributor Specification Book.

14.  Perform spot checks on paperwork and finished orders to ensure departmental accuracy.

15.  Submit data on team errors to the Fulfillment and Operations Supervisor.

16.  Participate in inventory counts maintaining a high level of accuracy.

17.  Any other duties assigned by the Fulfillment and Operations Supervisor.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

·  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

·  General knowledge of customers and shipping requirements.

·  Have the self-motivation to diligently perform with minimal supervision.

·  Good decision making skills, ability to plan and organize.

·  Ability to work with peers, customers and management.

·  Persistent yet courteous and a team player.

·  Ability to use fork lift, “walkie” and pallet jack

·  Valid drivers license with ability to travel between the two buildings. 

·  Strong communication skills.

·  High school diploma or GED. 

·  Computer literate with high level of Word and Excel experience.

·  High Level of  experience with Axapta

·  Ability to work hours necessary to fulfill department needs, up to and including overtime. 

·  Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

·  Ability to treat others in a fair and ethical manner
