Order Fulfillment Scheduling Team Lead

Location: 27560 Requisition ID:  REQ60003923 (Post ID:71436685) Job Level:  ManagerResponsible for leading a team in support of Order Scheduling per customer requests.   Primary customer contact for order status reporting, issue resolution and follow-up.May be responsible for Purchase Orders reconciliation, supporting financial management and Supply Chain communications for Customer ‘Projects’. Proactively work orders on hold, delivery issues, partner with Supply primes regarding delivery issues.1. Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills as well as superb customer service skills, focused on exceeding customer expectations while upholding Nortel’s Policies and Procedures 2. Provides leadership to specific functional projects or teams as required. May train or mentor JCI 1's to new to function. 3. Bachelors degree or equivalent in relevant discipline 4. 1-5 years of experience relevant to the job 5.
