Order Processing Expediter

Kemira Specialty, Inc., division of Kemira Oyj, is a supplier of innovative chemical ingredients to the Personal Care Industry, and has an opportunity in the Distribution & Logistics Department at its Northvale, NJ office.

 

Primary responsibilities include expediting sales orders, preparing domestic and international shipping documents with C of A’s and MSDS’s, purchase order processing, tracking inventory, freight quotes, and invoice verification.  

 

This is a diverse and challenging position for a multi-faceted individual with strong organizational and communication skills who is able to work in a fast paced environment.  Computer competencies must include familiarity with inventory software and strong Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of  Macola software and fluency in Spanish a plus.  Must be detail oriented with a minimum of 2 years related experience.
