Job Summary:  LiveDesigner Suite – Outbound Sales


 


This position is an inside sales, outbound calling position, targeting melco’s current customer base and following up on specific marketing campaigns with the intent of selling the LiveDesigner Suite product.  LiveDesigner Suite is a complete e-commerce solution developed for the Small to Medium Business segment.  It features a radically advanced design editor and showcases Melco technology that is exclusive to the industry. 


 


 


Responsibilities:


·  Position will focus strictly on outbound calling to chase specific marketing campaigns and follow up with potential customers.


·  Responsible for identifying larger potential customers/deals and passing these leads on to Enterprise Solutions.


·  Present LiveDesigner Suite to potential clients using InterCall web meeting software and close deals over the phone.


·  Accurately maintain data on the success and failures of specific marketing campaigns as a way to judge effectiveness.


·  Maintain an accurate forecast.


 


Education and Experience:


 


· 3-5 years of Inside Sales Experience is a must. Candidate must have a proven track record of sales success and be a strong closer.


· Software sales experience is preferred.  The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and have a technical background.


· Previous experience as a hunter or in a new business development role a definite bonus.


· Familiarity with the apparel and embroidery industry a plus.


· Candidate must be a quick learner, focused, and desire to work in a high energy sales environment with new and exciting technology


 


Computer Skills:


·  Candidate should have working capability with all Microsoft Office applications and be able to easily adapt to internal sales applications.
