PROCUREMENT TEAM LEAD/CATEGORY MANAGER
Anchor Hocking, located in Lancaster, OH, is a leading marketer and manufacturer of a comprehensive line of glass products including beverageware, candle containers, servingware, ovenware, storageware, lighting components and other glass products sold under various brand names or as customized solutions for private label lines. Our brands include: Anchor Hocking®, Fire-King®, Jade-ite®, Phoenix Glass® and Toscany®.
Our Team Lead/Category Manager develops and implements sourcing and procurement strategies for assigned categories, constituting approximately $20 million of annual spend. You will assist in the development and execution of the procurement strategy, develop and implement the category strategy within budget, and establish supply chain performance management among other duties.
Qualified candidates will possess an undergrad degree (or equivalent), CPM and/or CSCP certification, as well as at least 5 years of experience in: packaging procurement, international sourcing, manufacturing procurement, Oracle, E-sourcing tools, contract negotiation and administration, and sourcing strategy development. You will possess solid project management experience as well as solid systems skills (ERP, MS office, pivot tables).
