PRODUCTION MANAGER

Gros-Ite Precision Spindles, a world class manufacturer of high quality spindles located in Farmington, CT, has an immediate opening for a Production Manager to supervise and coordinate the activities of a highly skilled staff engaged in the manufacture, assembly and repair of various types of machine tool spindles.  Position requires extensive knowledge of machine tool capabilities and processes.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 - 10 years experience in a related field, previous supervisory experience in a metal working shop environment and the ability to read & understand blueprints.  Excellent interpersonal / communication skills are a must.  Some computer knowledge is required.
