PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR FOR CERAMIC MANUFACTOR

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR- A manufacturer in industrial ceramics located in Northern California is actively searching for an Ass'T. Supervisor who will be responsible for the hands on process

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

1. Responsible for planning departmental operations by establishing prioritiesand sequences for manufacturing products.
2. Observe and coach personnel on work related issues.
3. Ensure plant staff understands and enforces Company policies and procedures.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing environment.
Prior employee management experience required.
