A dynamic aerospace precision sheet metal and machined parts manufacturer, with NADCAP approvals in chemical processes, aluminum heat treatment, and welding is seeking a CNC programmer for both sheet metal and machined parts. Expectations:  Ability to perform duties below.

v Understanding of complex engineering drawings and CAD models.

v Create tool path and G-code using customer provide Cad models.

v Model parts from blue prints and generate tool and fixture designs.

v Design and model tooling from customer supplied part models.

v Create drawings, illustrated plans and set-up documentation.

v Ability to convey process ideas and methods to production personnel clearly and concisely.

 

Education / Experience:

Ø  Minimum 10 years recent experience as a CNC Programmer

Ø  Advanced knowledge of Surfcam and other cad-cam programs

Ø  Familiar with CATIA V5 is a plus.

Ø  Experience with Amada-cam Fabriwin helpful.

Ø  Advanced computer skills and file management.
