Packaging General Labor Odessa INCRETE Systems a Euclid Chemical Company, founded in 1963, is recognized as the world’s leading manufacturer of decorative concrete technology and products.  INCRETE Systems has been actively involved in the manufacturing, distributing, research and development of products for the decorative concrete industry for 45 years.  Our experience, combined with our tireless efforts in new product development, and our commitment to producing a quality product, help to solidify us as the leader in the decorative concrete industry. Employee will safely and efficiently pack products according to INCRETE's high quality standards using automatic/manual machines, hand tools and equipment in order to prepare and package products as finished goods or for internal use or sale.  All employees are required to adhere to all policies, procedures and instructions as defined in our Employee handbook, Health and Safety manual, or any other instruction issued by the company. Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:· Read and follow daily production schedule and instructions, prepare packaging materials by applying necessary labels to containers and cases, helping operators set up filling machines, stacking and palletizing products, operating automatic and semi-automatic case sealing machines, scales and printing devices, pallet jacks and other material handling tools and equipment. · Maintain accurate written records as required by specified tasks that are performed daily· Communicate immediately to Operators, Supervisors, or any member of management all circumstances that may affect quality or are considered questionable and unsafe· Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work environment by properly identifying and storing packaging materials, supplies and equipment· Assist operators and any other employees as directed by supervisors in performing all activities associated with the manufacture of finished goods and any other task assigned by supervisors Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Basic math Communicate among peers Operate various hand tools Operate limited manual and automatic equipment Willing to work in a team environment.
