Packaging Operations Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities include supervising three shifts of Maintenance Mechanics in a non-union group, troubleshooting problems with production and packaging equipment, solving problems with equipment, working with sophisticated conveyor lines to make repairs as needed, and being the maintenance representative for all issues in the facility.

 

Requirements include experience working in maintenance in high speed packaging environments, experience supervising people, the ability to prioritize, a high mechanical aptitude, and someone with strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.  A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred, but someone with enough years experience with a proven track record of success in mechanical maintenance environments may be considered.  Local candidates will be considered first.
