Part-Time Marketing & Sales Assistant

Biesse America, Inc., the American Subsidiary of an Italian world leader in Woodworking Machinery Manufacturer, is seeking a Part-Time Marketing & Sales Assistant to provide administrative and direct support to Marketing Manager,  Graphic Design  and Sales Administration including running errands, assist with coordination of logistics: hotel reservations, flights for clients and staff, catering, assist with mass brochure mailings to prospective customers, including thank you letters & trade show passes;

 

This position requires candidates to have extensive knowledge of MS Word and Excel. The work schedule for this position is four (4) hours per day, Monday - Friday. We are flexible on morning or afternoon hours.
