Office Services Clerk - Part Time

 

Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc., a leading designer, marketer and distributor of small household and commercial appliances, is seeking candidates for a Part-Time Office Services Clerk at our headquarters office in Innsbrook.

 

Responsibilities of the job include pickup and delivery of mail, packages and reports; preparation of outgoing invoices, mail and packages; receiving, recording, and delivering incoming materials; and assisting with other Office Services duties.

 

This position requires a high school diploma (or GED) and computer literacy with MS Word and Excel.  The successful candidate will be a self-starter, will have at least six month’s experience working in a mail room or office services environment, and will have demonstrated strong organizational, customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.  A valid Virginia Driver’s License is required.  Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
