Part-time Manufacturing Accountant

Georg Utz, Inc., a leading manufacturer of plastic storage and transport containers, component holders, and pallets, is seeking a motivated individual to join the Utz team as a Manufacturing Accountant.

The qualified candidate should have:

-  At least 5-7 years extensive and wide-ranging experience gained in a
challenging environment as an accountant
-  Manufacturing experience
-  Experience with Navision software helpful but not necessary
-  Strong interpersonal skills
-  Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities include:

- Reports to General Manager on all financial matters relating to the company's
  operations and ensuring that an effective accounting/costing is maintained
- Ensuring proper accounting records and accounting controls are maintained
- Coordination of preparation, evaluation, and implementation of annual budgets
- Ensuring company's inventory records provide information required for financial
  and cost accounting purposes

This position is based out of our Columbus, Indiana office. Position may lead to full-time status with continued company growth.
