Parts and Rental Manager

Responsible for meeting the needs and commitments to customers and service department, striving for the highest in customer service
Profitable growth of parts & rental revenue thru marketing, field and counter sales, and promotion.
Maintain and manage the proper level of rental inventory to maximize rentals and utilization with the minimum rental inventory costs;
Supervise repairs and costs of repairs for all rental equipment in accordance to manufacturers’ service schedule, to include daily inspection of equipment;
Maintain all rental equipment and vehicle inventory/maintenance records, boards, logs, computer data, etc.;
Parts inventory management (receiving, warehousing, shipment, ordering, monitoring backorders)
Meet parts profitability, invoicing and inventory goals
Parts Inventory turns and returns to division
Assist in advertising and marketing of Rental Department and Rental Fleet
Source parts as needed (internally & externally)
Physical inventory of warehouse
Branch Safety and Environmental compliance according to corporate guidelines.

Education Standard:High School diploma, or equivalent.
Education Type:

Extensive knowledge of equipment parts, rental sales and fleet management, prior management experience preferred, sales experience also helpful
Must be able to diplomatically communicate with people
Parts is a high margin component, positive interaction with rental and service department is a must
Requires flexibility to prioritize on on-going bases
