 Color matchingTroubleshooting existing products after field failuresFormulation of new products or revision of existing products based on competitor’s samplesEffective communication with customers, suppliers & Handschy co-workers related to their daily work…verbally, by phone, and thru e-mail.Evaluation of new raw materialsTechnical Service at customer’s location, if neededIn-plant fill in for vacationQuality Control fill in as needed

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Experience

 

 Preferred         3-5 years work experience



 



Specific Knowledge/Skills Required

 PC experienceGood color eye (pass color tests)Good organizational & communication skillsAbility to multi-task

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

 Lab environment, similar to office.

­­­­­­Fast paced environment with frequent changes in work priorities to meet changing customer deadline

Long periods of standing required

Weekend overtime required, with occasional shift work
