Payroll Analyst III

Business Unit Description Provides speciality service tools for motor vehicle manufacturers, dealership networks, integrated service, technical and training information for vehicle original equipment manufacturers and professional test and service tools for the HVAC, refrigeration, automotive and electrical trades.We design, manufacture and market a wide range of tools for a wide range of appli-cations. These include speciality service tools, hand-held diagnostics systems and service equipment, inspection and gauging systems and technical training informa-tion. Job Summary This position is accountable for developing, analyzing, and managing the payroll process to ensure accuracy, integrity, and legality of payroll information in support of the Corporation's strategic business objectives. This position¿ primary responsibility is the timely and accurate payments of wages, deductions, and benefits for employees. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent plus two years of job-related post-secondary education required4-year job-related degree preferredMinimum 8 years related work experience in payroll processingProficient in Federal, State and Local laws regulations impacting muti-state payroll processing (tax withholding, minimum wage, etc.) and maintain a up-to-date knowledge of changes to existing laws requiredWorking Knowledge of Employment Law guidelinesAmerican Payroll Association (ASA) designation of CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) requiredPayroll experience using an automated payroll system (PeopleSoft preferred) requiredInternational payroll experience desiredKnowledge of generally accepted accounting principles requiredStrong oral communication and personal interaction skills to work effectively in a team environmentExcellent Time management, prioritization, and organization skills to meet deadlinesHighly proficient in spreadsheet, word processing, and database programs How To Apply If you are open to pursuing this time sensitive opportunity, please complete an application online by clicking "APPLY NOW."
