National Industrial Concepts (NIC)

 

A leading manufacturer of sheet metal and mechanical assemblies, is currently seeking experienced Planner/Project. 

 

Develop Manufacturing Bill of Materials, and Routings, (Manufacturing Orders), from customer defined engineers specifications and processes for detail parts and assemblies using ERP system. (Syteline)  Define manufacturing process and labor sequence for complex designs, including sheet metal fabrications and electro-mechanical assemblies. Define all material requirements for job specific parts and tooling.  Interface with customer account managers and estimators develop the manufacturing plans to the customer quote and PO requirements.  Maintain and review plans for changes as customer demand and process improvements occur.  Interface with engineering, programming, and production to confirm BOM plans are reasonable and achievable.  Understanding of inventory control.

 

Degree in engineering preferred.  4+ years experience in a manufacturing environment with detailed knowledge of ERP and production planning required.  APIC certification desired
