Plant Superintendent

Client:Our Client is a rapidly growing, very profitable, very stable, $30-50M Business with a long history of success.  Location:North West, Indiana  Reports To:  General Manager  General Summary:  Lead production activities and establish priorities to ensure safety, quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, cost control/management and continuous improvement Lead, develop, motivate and evaluate production and maintenance supervisors/leaders.Lead production activities and establish priorities to ensure safety, quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, cost control/management and continuous improvement.Work with sales and engineering staff to provide product costing and manufacturing suggestions for special projects and applications.Maintain and improve lead-times for standard products and support sales on lead-time requirements for special products and projects.Oversee the facility’s maintenance activities.Recommend and assist with the procurement of production related equipment and machinery.Actively support and enforce Company policies and safety practices. Compensation:75K to 90K + 10% Bonus + Excellent Benefits   MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
