About our company
Brown Printing Company one of the leading web offset printers of periodical and catalogue publications in the U.S. The East Greenville Division, located is Southeastern PA, operates 24/7 and has positions available in the Bindery department.
Your tasks
Prepare, run and maintain Polybaggers to produce quality product at high speeds.
Troubleshoot mechanical and mailer problems to ensure minimal downtime from problems.
Read, comprehend and perform tasks indicated on poly instructions and mailing instructions.
Provide crew leadership and direction.
Interact effectively with Bindery Supervision to ensure efficient machine operation.
Perform machine maintenance as necessary.
Our requirements
Ability to withstand stress that may accompany deadlines.
Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain close attention to details.
Ability to react quickly, safely, and accurately to machine problems.
Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
Ability to frequently kneel, bend, and/or reach while maintaining machinery.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may be hot, contain dust, and work around rapidly moving equipment.
Work in noise of 85 dB+ which requires the use of hearing protection 100% of the time.
