Technical Service Representative

In this position you will establish, respond to and support our customers, sales and marketing representatives, and Distributor partners with technical resolutions and information.

You will work with the Quality department on all product issues. Responsibilities include providing technical support to distributors, sales and other members of the team as needed. Good communication is essential with all members of management and the sales team to ensure proper technical knowledge is available to our customers. Flexibility to travel is required.

BS required with extensive clinical laboratory experience. Med-tech with blood collection experience a major plus.
