Description
This person will manage, direct and coordinate activities in pressroom and high speed envelope production departments. Applicant will be responsible for meeting production goals while maintaining a high level of quality. Develop department personnel to achieve these goals. Manage personnel issues, including hiring, evaluations, conflict resolution and terminations. Ensure compliance to OSHA regulations and requirements.



Requirements
A minimum of 5 yrs supervisory experience as a manager within the direct mail industry
Possess strong communication and managerial skills
Printing or converting experience is a must
Must have basic math and computer skills
Must be available for flexible work schedule
A High School diploma is required
Strong mechanical background, Web or Sheet Fed experience preferred
Drug testing is required
