This position is within our demand team. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Pricing master data in the SAP Sales/Distribution and Material Master modules. Data integrity of the system resides within this group for US customers. Team members are primary point of contact for business and IT for pricing program implementation and troubleshooting for production issues.


RESPONSIBILITES

• Enter update net material master in SAP
• Set up and maintain users in SAP and CRM system
• Creation and maintenance of pricing for new retail pricing, list pricing for new products. Maintain electronic filing system for pricing information & claims resolution.
• Pricing programs tested, maintained and orders monitored per programs for wholesale, retail, export & promotions in SAP.
• Review/resolution of daily error report – interface with sales and product team to resolve pricing discrepancies prior to invoicing & discontinued sku orders.
• Create pricing/quote related reports in Excel by exporting data from SAP.

• Basic understanding for SAP and prior experience in maintaining master data in SAP. Material Master specific experience preferred.
• Good Time management skills to maintain daily to do list, understanding production priorities and deadlines as directed by supervisor.
• Ability to research order issues, attempting to resolve master data issue independently.
• Good excel skills for reporting
• Attention to details
• College degree in accounting/Finance preferred
