Software components include control systems, imaging and database systems. All components are developed in C# and C++ and run under Windows XP/XPE. Experience in integrating and troubleshooting hardware, COM, Sockets, .NET, MFC and STL is required. Experience with leading small software teams through the complete software development cycle is required including requirements, specifications, development, unit test, integration testing and release. Experience in a cross functional product development environment is required. Image Processing, Remoting/Networking, and SQL background desired.Requirements:BS CS/EE a must; MS desired 12 plus years experience in design and development of Windows applications with at least 2 in XP & XPE a must 2 plus years developing in C# and 7 plus years in C++ a must Knowledge of MFC, Multithreading, sockets, STL, OOD, Win32 API, Configuration Management and Agile a must Experience with software/hardware integration a must Experience as technical lead of small teams a must Experience with project management (requirements, estimation and scheduling) a must
