Pictorial Offset Corporation, a high quality commercial printer. Print Biller/Estimator must be able to find the most efficient and economical way to produce jobs in an accurate and timely manner and have experience in commercial printing environment.

 Work closely with management to prepare winning Sales proposals Identifies and computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.Review estimate vs actual cost.Review additional charges incurred in producing job.Assure timely and accurate billing of jobs to our clients Price AA/Work Orders as they occurUtilize industry knowledge to present the most cost effective method of job presentation. Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information. Maintains current technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed.

 

Minimum of 3 to 5 years offset printing experience required, as well as billing estimating commercial prepress and sheetfed projects. Web knowledge is a plus. Computer literacy is a must. Good with numbers and layouts, detail oriented. Able to convert ideas for alternate layouts.
