THE OPPORTUNITY
We areseeking an experienced, high energy, solutions focused Print ProductionManager. The successful candidate will be a strong leader andoutstanding team builder. This person must be self-motivated with adesire to help build a stronger, more competitive, values drivenorganization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Experience implementing and maintaining a quality assurance program.
• Develop and achieve plant performance metrics including: safety, quality, cost, delivery and process improvements.
• Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program for presses and equipment.
• Determine efficiencies in scheduling and production.
• Manage supply and materials inventory.
• Determine system improvements.
• Create policies and standard operating procedures.
• Achieve production deadlines and objectives.
• Select, train, schedule, and discipline employees.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Bachelors degree. MBA Preferred.
• 5+ yrs exp. in a Print Production Management position.
• Experience producing quantifiable cost reduction, continuous improvement, and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with Management Information Systems.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S and Lean Manufacturing processes a plus.
