Pro Sales Representative

PRO SALES REPRESENTATIVE - HONLULU, HIAs a major partner and supplier to world-class home centers, ICI Paints has openings throughout the U.S. for Pro Sales Representatives.Responsibilities:Aggressively identify, evaluate, develop and close new business opportunities, develop long-term client relationships, develop and sell sales proposals, and conduct other related sales activities Develop new business through cold calling and lead generation Provide exceptional customer service to professional contractors Effectively communicate with contractors, builders, professional painters, architects and purchasing agents to develop new business and accomplish business objectives Coordinate special events and promotions Conducts regular ongoing training for employees on product assortment/knowledge, trade opportunities, color assortment and equipment through in-store clinics and one-on-one training Create and maintain product displaysRequirements:Outside commercial sales experience preferably in a commercial, industrial, or retail trade Exceptional dedication to customer service Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives Self-motivated, goal-directed, innovative, results-oriented individual with a desire to work in a pay-for-performance driven culture. Excellent communication and presentations skills Strong organization and planning skills to document and follow-up on accounts and leads Proven self-starters with a competitive drive for results Strong PC skills College degree preferred or equivalent job-related experience Travel in local area ? company car provided Valid Driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
