Our client a well established leading manufacturing corporation in Morris County, NJ is seeking a Process Engineer capable of improving the manufacturing process and reducing product variables.  This is a critical position in which you will be responsible for product quality and process performance.

 

In this high profile position you will have interaction with all levels of management regarding the metrics on project activities, operational improvements, and financial savings.  Your talent in identifying and implementing process improvements to support the execution of production plans and track trend process and product performance are key to the success of this position.

 

Qualifications:

 BA/BS in Engineering, Business or related field.2 to 5 years business or operations experience and systems ISO and/or GMP.Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma training, tools, applications and methodologies.Experience working with cross functional teams.Experience coaching and training employees of all levels. Analyzing metrics to improve manufacturing process and reduce costs.Knowledge of CAD preferred
