About the Opportunity

National Service honors Altec's commitment to be there for the life of the equipment!  The Process Improvement Group in St. Joseph provides leadership and training in Lean Process Improvement to the National Service team nation-wide.

Schedule and coordinate events at Service facilities.Attend and facilitate these events, working with local associates to develop their skills in leading process improvement and 6S events.  Communicate best practice process, including Safety standard process. Organize, edit and publish event and process documentation. Conduct audits of areas and process, and monitor sustainment.  Complete special projects as assigned.

QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree is required with a minimum two years of experience. Flexibility to travel two to three weeks per month.
