JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Manager to join our Global Connectivity Services located in Shakopee, MN. The Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Manager will lead six sigma projects utilizing Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to make improvements to both transformational and transactional company processes. The individual will be responsible for broadening the knowledge and understanding of Company cross functional processes. Responsibilities will include the following: Provide process improvement methods and conceptual expertise to cross functional teams. Provide “just in time” training to cross functional teams. Obtain and provide financial value by lending teams expertise through DMAIC by performing significant data analysis. Develop and manage relationships with suppliers or internal departments to effectively meet the needs of the end customer.
