Our client, located in East Hanover, NJ, a leader in the chemical industry, currently seeks a Process Excellence Leader.




The Process Excellence Leader is responsible for:leading the implementation of process excellence efforts as well as oversight of capital projects and maintenance initiatives to ensure all safety, quality, and operational goals are attaineddesigning and implementing capital projectsdesigning and leading continous improvement projects and initiatives

 

Candidates must have:BS in Chemical Engineering.7-10 years experience.Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (preferred)Lean Manufacturing experience

 

 

Compensation:$90,000 - $137,000 plus benefits, 401k, and a discretionary bonus.
