DESCRIPTION
Manages 2-5 supervisors who supervise a total of 30 - 140 employees in assigned departments within the factory. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, performance, and evaluation of these areas. May directly or indirectly through matrix organization direct or guide 2-5 non-supervisory employees or Operations personnel. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining emplyees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Insure that products meet the highest degree of quality to satisfy both our internal and external customers. Maintain production lead times that meet or exceed customer expectations on a consistently reliable basis, supporting yearly established goals. Review, provide input and implement disciplinary actions within assigned departments to insure a consistent and fair interpretation and application of work policies for all assigned personnel. Maintain a safe and environmentally compliant workplace that promotes the IR " showplace" facility concept. Utilizes and implements world class WPO standards, maintain and balance workforce staffing of all assigned departments to meet demand capacity requirements at the optimum productivity, overtime and delivery performance criteria through management of daily schedules, parts shortages, and labor assignments. Develop, drive and implement continuous improvement plans to the manufacturing organizaton and processes through PTE to meet plant bussiness strategies.
