Process Specialist/Coordinator

Novelis - Oswego has an exciting opportunity for a career minded Operations Coordinator/Specialist with an interest in growing within a manufacturing environment

 

The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for a Roll Grinding shop within an Oswego, NY manufacturing facility. These responsibilities include; health and safety, employee development, quality, throughput and executing the production plan. In addition the candidate would be responsible for employee coaching and direction. This candidate must have excellent communication skills as well as being able to work effectively with all levels of the organization. A degree in Business or Engineering preferred. Practical manufacturing experience will also be preferred. All candidates must have some fundamental understanding of engineering principles.
